I love the protection that I get from the sun. These are by far the best sunglasses that I have ever had (better than Maui Jim, Ray Ban, etc). You get one set of eyes, so you may as well protect them, right? The polarized lenses are really a must if you're going to invest in any sunglasses (higher end or otherwise).

I have a pair of RayBan polarized lenses, and those don't a) fit as well or b) do as phenomenal a job protecting your eyes.

The only drawback is that these don't come with a protective case, and they don't fit in a standard car sunglass holder. That may be true of all Oakleys, however.
