They are polarized and the HDO clarity is AMAZING. I bought the Oakley Nano cleaner/protectant and it's AMAZING. I paid $105 for these and retail they run $150. I do not think you get a warranty from Oakley if you purchase from Amazon, however you save 33%. I have bought retail from Oakley before and their warranty is worth every penny extra, if your willing to spend the extra. I just trust the brand enough and hopefully my ability to take care of them.
