The Sutro S fit and look much better than the regular size Sutro. I have a medium to large size head/hat size and the Sutro S are perfrct. They still provide and I would say even better wrap around wind and sun protection/coverage as the regular Sutro. The Small size frame seems to be curved around slightly which also gives the better fit.
