So far I'd have to say that to the best of my knowledge these sunglasses do appear to be real, so despite the low price and so-so reviews I'm going to have to State my opinion as being they are real. First impressions are they're pretty comfortable nice and tight on the head and don't feel cheaply made.. I have to update my review in a couple of months after daily use to finalize my opinion on them.
